I believe that the key to providing a successful fitness programme is getting to know my clients individually, so I can understand their needs, goals, thinking patterns and lifestyle. I carry out an hour long initial consultation with clients prior to programme planning. I am also happy to speak to you by phone, text or in person for a free pre-consultation, no-obligation chat about the services I offer so you can make an informed decision about whether I am the right Personal Trainer for you.
After the initial consultation I will provide you with a personal exercise programme. I will also look at your current nutrition and provide advice. We will work together on the programme and I will provide reviews to ensure it is tailored to your individual needs and goals and that you keep progressing.
I run group Strength and Resistance classes and a Boxercise Circuit which cater for all abilities. From low-impact or gentler options for beginners or those returning to exercise, to higher intensity options to really push those who are already regular exercisers. I can also provide small group personal training sessions for 2-5 people. Please enquire for prices.
